IdroPatch

IdroPatch is a pre-mixed, solvent-free, ready-to-use, single-component hydro-reactive conglomerate to
be applied cold, which thanks to a chemical process hardens following contact with water, enabling rapid
repair of the road surface without interruption of traffic. IdroPatch is able to withstand high-intensity
loads when applied on a solid, clean, non-bending and well-compacted subfloor. With IdroPatch, it is
possible to repair holes between 20 and 70 mm thick in a single layer. For the filling of cavities of greater
thickness, it is possible to create multiple layers of overlapping product, taking care to wet and compact
each single layer. IdroPatch, after hardening, does not undergo any softening, even at high temperatures,
resists to frost and rain, and therefore it guarantees a lasting and stable result over time, completely similar
to a traditional hot laid asphalt.

Malta Rapid plus

MaltaRapid plus is a thixotropic technical mortar with high resistance and rapid fibre hardening, which is black in colour and may be used for fixing manholes and road junctions. MaltaRapid plus has a special formulation that guarantees workability for up to 15 minutes depending on the ambient temperature. Containing polyethylene fibre additives that guarantee high mechanical strength and prevent cracking detachments. MaltaRapid plus guarantees such plasticity so that it can be installed without the use of formwork, even for thicknesses up to 15-20 cm. MaltaRapid plus has an high resistance to salts, frost and thaw. Once hardened, it is resistant to acids, oils, petrol and sewage sludge. MaltaRapid plus is black in colour to match the colour of the asphalt.

Kalt Asphalt plus

KaltAsphalt plus is a high-performance cold mix, equal to that of a hot mix, with a much higher grip than traditional cold mixes. KaltAsphalt plus is the only cold mix made using SBS-modified binder. This composition guarantees an effective and long-lasting result in the closing of potholes, both deep and shallow, in the maintenance of manhole covers and pavements, as well as in the restoration of underground utility sites. With KaltAsphalt plus we provide the security of rapid intervention in all weather and traffic conditions. Resistant to freezing, thawing and salt, it withstands heavy vehicular traffic without crunching or sagging. Being a multi-seasonal product, it allows for long summer and winter storage.
